Das rechtliche Fundament der Beziehungen zwischen der EU und der Republik Moldau bildet das Partnerschafts- und Kooperationsabkommen, das am 28. November 1994 unterzeichnet wurde und am 1. Juli 1998 in Kraft trat. – Právním základem vztahů mezi EU a Moldavskou republikou je dohoda o partnerství a spolupráci, která byla podepsána 28. listopadu 1994 a vstoupila v platnost 1. července 1998.
