Land, das – země

In Deutschland gibt es 16 Bundesländer, die jeweils eine eigene Regierung und Verwaltung haben. Ein Land ist damit eine staatliche Einheit innerhalb eines föderalen Systems.  V Německu je 16 spolkových zemí, z nichž každá má vlastní vládu a správu. Země je tedy státní jednotkou v rámci federálního systému.
