Pischinger Torte (česky Pischingrův dort)

V listopadu 1885 uvedl Oskar Pischinger na trh specialitu Pischinger Torte (česky Pischingrův dort)[16][17][18] a 23. prosince 1886 mu byla u Obchodní a živnostenské komory ve Vídni zaprotokolována kulatá obchodní značka č. 4761 s nápisem: „Pischinger Torte – Die beste Torte der Welt. Specialität.” (Pischingrův dort – nejlepší dort na světě) a 29. května 1886 ochranná značka č. 4550.[19]
