Larger German companies like the Telekompansch‚ (from frz. ‘panacher‘) i. e. adulterate¹ the German language for advertising reasons.

Smaller enterprises combine (‘pansch‘) German with English words in such a confused way that this combination is impossible to be understood by English speakers. Example:

BackShop

which is not as you might think a shop somewhere in the back of the building but the ‘back‘ here refers to the German word for ‘baking‘. Thus, a shop where you can buy bread etc.
