Dass die Verlagerung einer wirtschaftlichen Tätigkeit aus dem Hoheitsgebiet eines Mitgliedstaats geeignet ist, zu einem Verlust der Steuereinkünfte dieses Staates zu führen, ist nicht zweifelhaft.

Není pochyb o tom, že přemístění hospodářské činnosti z území členského státu může vést ke ztrátě daňových příjmů v tomto státě.
